- This conference is open to undergraduates, graduate students, postdocs, faculty, and science enthusiast of all genders.

- Where on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus is the conference held?
- The conference is being held at Union South.
- Where can I stay in Madison? Is there a hotel block reserved?
- We did not reserve a hotel block for the conference this year. However, for your convenience, we have organized a list of Madison hotels and a map of their locations and any amenities they may have.
- Will there be a remote option for attending and presenting?
- This year’s conference will only allow in-person posters and quick talk presentations. There is no virtual option to present. Saturday events will be live-streamed, but the conference will not be a virtual/hybrid event. The cost to attend remotely is $15.
- Who planned the conference?
- This year’s conference was planned by our National Conference Committee and our board.
